Kacey Temple Support Coordinator
I am a qualified Arts Psychotherapist and Counsellor, specialising in disability and diversity, eco-therapy and drama therapy. As a Disability Ambassador, I strive to make the world a more inclusive place, identifying barriers with empathy and compassion. I have held interesting and diverse roles across social enterprises, community and government sectors. I currently work in Support Coordination alongside my business, Ink Heart Art Therapy.
My achievements include guest lecturing at the Ikon Institute of Australia and curating an exhibition for local artists with disability to display and sell their work in a gallery setting. I am skilled at advocating and removing barriers for people with disabilities seeking employment. This includes School Leaver Employment Services (SLES) under the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIS).
I have extensive experience liaising with multidisciplinary teams and I strive to achieve results. I have facilitated workshops for International Women's Day to assist women in valuing their worth and connection with self. To add value and remain connected I continually engage in professional development to support gaining positive outcomes for individuals seeking assistance in their journey. I am looking for my next challenge and am excited to see where I can next add value to a progressive and inspirational company that matches my vibe.

Carmel Beattie Support Coordinator
After a long career working in government and private businesses facilitating growth opportunities and advocating for people, groups, businesses and destinations, I am excited to bring my experience and skills to assist people with disability in achieving their life goals and living their best lives in comfort and safety.
As a Bay Islands local, I understand the joys and challenges of living in the region, having close ties to community groups, and I love developing teams of people working towards a common goal. Having lived and worked in Europe, Asia, Latin America and Pacifica, I also have extensive experience connecting and working with people for whom English is a 2nd language and the special challenges they can face in Australia. Sometimes, you need someone with you who can help you understand the nuances of culture rather than just the language.
I look forward to providing Support Coordination to you or to those you love. .
